How fast will I get my photos?
Photos arrive the same night, before midnight, including twilight photos and 3D tours. Video is ready the next day. Fast turnaround is one of our top priorities, and we never trade quality for speed.
How long does a shoot take?
Most shoots take about an hour. A smaller home can take as little as 30 minutes, and a large property with a full package can take up to three hours. We move quickly without rushing the work.
How should the home be prepped?
Lights on, fans off, blinds open and pets put away. Please have cars moved out of the driveway and parked on the street, away from the front of the house. We'll handle the small stuff when we arrive, and the Clutter-Free Guarantee covers movable clutter in the photos. Our free Seller Prep Guide makes it easy to send your sellers everything they need.
Do you charge to reschedule or cancel?
Never. Life happens on listing day, and it's almost never the agent's fault. Reschedule or cancel anytime at no cost. We never want to be a burden on your listing.

Virtual twilight turns a daytime exterior into a warm evening scene, with no second visit. Real twilight is a separate session at dusk for homes whose architecture, lighting or views truly shine at that hour. Virtual twilight is included in Signature and Excellence. Real twilight is a $249 add-on and is included in Excellence. We'll always tell you honestly which one your listing needs.
