Arkansas REM is headquartered in Conway. That is not a marketing line about covering a radius. Bo and the crew live here, shoot here, and edit here. When a Conway agent books a 2pm walkthrough in Gold Creek or a new build off Dave Ward, we are not leaving Cabot or Little Rock to make the slot. We are already in Faulkner County.
Conway listings have a particular job to do. University of Central Arkansas and Hendrix families shop online from out of state. Relocating faculty want to understand the house, the lot, and the drive to campus before they ever get on a plane. That is why we shoot stills, drone, and video in one visit, and why the stills leave our desk the same night. An agent who photographs on Tuesday afternoon can have MLS photos live Tuesday night. Video follows the next morning.
We have been photographing Conway homes since 2023: streets like Briley Drive, Cadron Ridge, and Edgewood Park, plus the downtown cottages, west-side ranches, and Village at Hendrix infill that do not look like each other and should not be lit like each other. Three years of that back catalog is how we know which rooms in a Gold Creek two-story need a vertical frame, and when a Cadron Ridge lot is the whole story and the drone has to lead.
Faulkner County is the market we refuse to share. Conway, Greenbrier, Vilonia, and Mayflower are a short drive from the same shop. Competing companies based in Cabot will travel when the job calls for it. We do not travel to Conway. We start here. If you list in this county, the photographer on your lockbox is a local, not a contractor passing through.
Same-night photos are the default, not an upgrade. Two editors handle post-production so the promise holds when Friday is stacked. The Clutter-Free Guarantee is included when you ask: movable clutter out of the frames, street cars pulled automatically, no reshoot. Pair that with the public prep guide we send sellers, and photo day stops being the part of a listing that makes everyone nervous.
Conway agents book us because we show up like part of the team. Text 501.504.9733, book online in a minute, or send the lockbox and go run your day. “Bo and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their passion to capture the best features of homes is evident every time. As a top producing Realtor, I need photographers who are on time and do quality work. Arkansas REM exceeds expectations every time. I would give them 100 stars if I could.”
