Real twilight is a second session at blue hour. We are on the lot with a tripod, the interior lights on, and the sky doing what a filter cannot. It costs more than virtual twilight because it is a real appointment at a real hour. Some listings need that. Most do not.
When it is worth it: glass, water, elevation, new construction that lights up, a listing priced to stop the scroll. When virtual is the right call: occupied houses that need to go live tomorrow, interiors that are the story, a calendar that cannot absorb dusk. We shoot both. We will tell you which yours is.
