Our own team
Every media specialist is a W-2 employee of Arkansas REM, trained by us and accountable to us.
Arkansas REM opened in Conway in 2023 with one camera, one drone and a simple promise: shoot it beautifully and get it back fast. Today that promise looks like photos tonight and video the next day, on more than 3,800 listings for over 590 agents.
When you book with us, you get our own team from start to finish. Every media specialist is an Arkansas REM employee, and every photo and video goes through our editing team before it reaches your inbox.
About 90% of our clients come to us through referrals, and we don’t take that lightly. We’re on your team. Your goals are our goals, and we’d rather earn your next listing than sell you a package you don’t need.

Five-Oh-Ones to Watch 2026
Born and based in Central Arkansas. We show up on time, treat the house like our own, and shoot like the sale depends on it, because it does.
Every media specialist is a W-2 employee of Arkansas REM, trained by us and accountable to us.
Our media specialists earn their FAA Part 107 license before they ever fly a drone.
We carry workers' comp and general liability insurance.
If a media specialist gets sick, another one covers your shoot, so your listing date stays on track.
We’re a Christian company, and we run on biblical values: serving others, putting people above ourselves and acting with integrity every single time. We treat every client like they’re our #1, because they are. We’re on your team, and your goals are our goals.
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
